Golf Instructor/Teaching Professional

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Golf Instructor/Teaching Professional to join our team. This is a contract position.
Responsibilities

Conducting Golf Lessons: Offer private and group lessons to members and guests, covering fundamentals, swing mechanics and course strategy.
Player Development Programs: Organize clinics, junior golf camps and player improvement programs for all skill levels.
Club Fitting and Equipment Advice: Assist players in selecting the right clubs, fitting them for personalized equipment and understanding how equipment impacts performance.

Compensation

The pay is determined by the amount you charge per lesson. You will keep 85% of the teaching revenue. Teaching Pros will be able to set up sessions with their clients.
Experience & Education
• • • • • • • • • •
– Minimum 2 years’ experience providing golf lessons and developing lesson programs for individuals and groups
– Experience coaching different levels of golfers
– PGA, LPGA, USGTF Professional Certification highly preferred
– Ability to use, or learn to use, launch monitor technology, video swing capture technology, or other related coaching technologies during a lesson session
– Strong work ethic–
Valid Driver’s License
